2 New-build Houses | Telford

A developer client approached us to design two new semi-detached houses on a plot of land in Telford. The 3-storey houses are long and linear in plan and deceptively spacious. We carried out the site appraisal and design, architectural design work, planning and building regulations applications to approval.The dwellings were designed to be in-keeping with the street scene using space-efficient design and cost-effective materials to maximise the GDV for the development.
